  • For custom or made-to-order pieces, the processing time may extend to 7-10 business days. We will keep you informed about the progress of your order.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size/weight of the product.
  • We offer free shipping on select products and promotions. Please check the product page or promotions section for details.
  • International shipping rates may vary depending on the country and local customs policies.

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Deliveries (India): Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after the order is processed, depending on your location.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • We take utmost care to ensure your artwork arrives safely. However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for a quicker resolution.
  • If your package is lost in transit or has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us, and we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.
