We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we are here to make the process as smooth as possible. 1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any item that has been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
  • Custom-made or personalized orders, including commissioned artwork, are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defects.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@artiqueart.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Please do not send your item back without prior authorization.

3. Return Shipping

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.
  • If the item is being returned due to damage or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Kindly provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the process.
  • We will either offer a replacement or provide a full refund, depending on the nature of the damage and your preference.

5. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or commissioned artwork.
  • Items that have been used or altered.
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

8. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@artiqueart.com

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the item has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible. Custom orders cannot be canceled after the design process has begun.
